Suicide & Crisis Lifeline The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals. If you’re thinking about suicide, are worried about a friend or loved one, or would like emotional support, the Lifeline network is available 24/7 across the United States. Call or text 988.

Behavioral Health Response (BHR) BHR provides 24/7 confidential telephone counseling to people in mental health crises as well as mobile outreach services. BHR’s crisis hotline and mobile outreach services are provided free of charge to the public by paid professional staff who have masters degrees in their respective behavioral science disciplines. Call 314-469-6644 or 800-811-4760.

Kids Under Twenty One (KUTO) KUTO opens at 4pm everyday and is dedicated to providing youth-focused programming throughout the area. Their crisis prevention, suicide intervention and postvention support services include community awareness, outreach and education; a youth-staffed telephone hotline; Peer Helper Skills Training; and support for survivors of a completed suicide. Call 1-888-644-5886.

Trevor Lifeline The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) young people under 25. The Trevor Lifeline is a crisis intervention and suicide prevention phone service available 24/7 at 1-866-488-7386. Trevor Text is available by texting START” to 678678.

Courage 2 Report C2R Missouri is to ensure that every Missouri student, parent, teacher, and community member has access to a safe and confidential way to report any concerns to their safety or the safety of others, with a focus on early intervention and prevention through awareness and education. JCHN Student Referral The referral form is used to refer individuals who you identify as at-risk and/or for individuals who you observe with potential mental health or behavioral concerns.
